What We Sell

We provides a complete solution for your clutch replacement needs, including the disc, pressure plate, release bearing, and flywheel. Designed for high performance and durability, it ensures seamless power transfer and smooth operation. – Full Kit: Includes all major clutch components. –

Clutch Disc

The clutch is an essential part of the transmission, which transfers the engine's power to the wheels.
The clutch disc, also known as the clutch drive plate, is a part placed between the pressure plate of the clutch cover and the flywheel. When the car clutch is engaged, the disc is squeezed between the friction surfaces of these two parts.
The role of the drive plate is to connect the engine to the gearbox moving at a different speed to gradually allow full torque transfer during driving to filter engine vibrations.

Pressure Plate

It is an important component that ensures smooth clutch engagement and release: the clutch pressure plate, flanked by the clutch disc, flywheel, release bearing, and clutch pedal, all have important roles to play in ensuring that the driver will be able to shift gears without grinding, stalling, or causing damage to the transmission. Understanding what the pressure plate does, how it works, and the symptoms of failure will help drivers be able to diagnose early clutch problems, maintain smoother gear shifts, and avoid costly repairs. For anyone learning about vehicle maintenance or simply looking to understand their car a little better, the pressure plate is a good starting point.

Flywheel

The flywheel is a rotating mechanical device in the car clutch system which is used as a storage device for rotational energy from transmission inertia. Flywheels are featured on every internal combustion engine vehicle, and solid flywheels are the most common flywheel type for gasoline-powered engines.
When your foot is on the clutch pedal, the clutch disc is disengaged from the flywheel. This is how a car can sit still at idle with the shifter in gear, or how a car can coast to a stop. But when the pedal is released, the clutch disc will press firmly against the flywheel. When this happens, the transmission input shaft rotates at the same speed as the engine’s crankshaft

Release Bearing

The clutch thrust bearing, also called the release or throw-out bearing, is a vital component of your car's clutch system. Positioned on the clutch housing, it slides along a hollow shaft. Connected to the bearing is the clutch fork, which, aided by hydraulic or cable pressure, moves the bearing.
When the clutch pedal is depressed, the bearing moves inward, applying pressure to the pressure plate's spring. This action disengages the clutch disc from the flywheel, temporarily interrupting transmission. It enables smooth gear engagement and shifting, ensuring safe and efficient operation of your vehicle.
